Terms for using Soteria

These terms explain how licenses, renewals, payments, and access to Soteria are handled. By purchasing, renewing, or using a Soteria license, you agree to these terms.

1. License access

Soteria is provided as key-based software access. A purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable license for the access period shown at checkout. Your license is not ownership of the software, source code, infrastructure, brand, or related materials.

Each license is intended for one computer at a time.

2. Renewals

Renewals extend an existing license key. If your current key is eligible, the additional access period is applied after payment confirmation.

3. Payment and delivery

Checkout is completed through the available payment provider shown during purchase. License delivery happens through the private order page after payment confirmation. Confirmation timing may vary depending on the payment network or provider.

4. Availability and access pauses

Service availability can change due to maintenance, updates, compatibility work, provider issues, or security-related review. When a license freeze is active, access time is paused as reflected on the status page.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your license key private, using the software on systems you control, and following any rules that apply to your accounts, devices, games, platforms, or local laws. Soteria is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Behaviour Interactive or Dead by Daylight.

6. Prohibited activity

You may not resell, share, leak, reverse engineer, tamper with, redistribute, automate abuse of, or attempt to bypass restrictions in Soteria. Access may be suspended or terminated if a license is shared, charged back, abused, or used in a way that harms the service or other users.

7. Refunds

Digital license access is generally final once delivered. Refunds may be refused after a key has been generated, displayed, activated, or used.

8. No warranty

Soteria is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every system, specific results, or continued availability of any feature.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the product, checkout flow, or legal requirements change. Continued use of Soteria after an update means you accept the revised terms.
